Syncing your remote:
Step #1 - Select Panels in the upper left of your remote
Step#2 - select 'sync' at the bottom of the page
Step#3 - after the handsets have updated, tap the one that matches your device
Step #4 - when the confirmation window pops up, select OK
Step#5 - select 'panels' at the bottom of the page
Step#6 - select your home panel at the top

Gateways
If your remote is not controlling your system, check to make sure you gateways are green. on ipads your gateways icon is in the lower right hand corner. On Android devcies: tap an empty area and your gateway icon should appear at the top.

A green Gateway icon indicates that the handset is connected to all Gateways and all commands will be sent properly.

A yellow Gateway icon indicates that the handset is connected to some Gateways and some of the commands will not reach the intended Gateway.

A Red Gateway icon indicates that the handset did not connect to any Gateways and the commands will not reach the intended Gateway.

A white Gateway icon indicates that the handset does not have any Gateways to connect to.
If your gateway icon is NOT green, go to the sync page and select 'restore gateways'. Also make sure you are connected to your home network (same network as the gateways). If this does not solve your gateway issue please contact us.
