Cable Box IR frequency update

Attention Current Customers and potential customers:Some cable boxes being produced recently require a higher frequency IR signal, than boxes manufactured in the past.

Please contact us before choosing your provider to ensure that a Universal Remote Control or NAD's HTR2 ( and others) are compatible.

Some boxes that have known issues are:-AT&T Uverse Boxes, Wave Broadband's Motorola 6416 box ( MX-350 Osiris has issues with this box, the MX-850 works)
